Salt Lake City is continuing to attract law firm attention, with Am Law 200 firm Spencer Fane entering the region through a 50-lawyer merger.
The No. 151-ranked firm said Wednesday that it is combining with Utah firm Snow Christensen & Martineau, which has offices in Salt Lake City and St. George. The move, which is expected to be finalized by March 1, would bring in about 50 additional lawyers to Kansas City-headquartered Spencer Fane, creating a firm with roughly 500 lawyers.
