Leaders of the corporate and litigation practices at distributed law firm FisherBroyles resigned from the firm with plans to launch a “new venture,” sources familiar with the matter confirmed.
In a joint statement Friday, partners Joel Ferdinand and Michael Pierson, former global managing partners of the litigation and global corporate practices at FisherBroyles, the first distributed firm to crack the Am Law 200, confirmed their departures.
