Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is being prodded by San Francisco-based plaintiffs firm Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe in connection to a data breach that occurred in late February and March.
Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe said in a release on Thursday it launched a class action investigation into the breach, which it said impacted more than 460,000 individuals including minors as well as subscribers of the vision benefits plan EyeMed and dental insurance plan Delta Dental of California.
