U.S. law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo is opening its first Canadian office this week in Toronto with a team that includes three prominent practice group leaders from Torys, one of Canada’s top firms.
“People don’t usually leave Torys, especially corner office partners,” said Mitch Frazer, who will head the new Mintz office in Toronto.
