Attorneys from Dechert, Greenberg Traurig and Dentons are representing parties in cases that play a role in deciding the use of mail-in ballots in key battleground states this election cycle, potentially impacting the outcomes of pivotal midterm contests Tuesday.

Lawyers from Dechert, along with the American Civil Liberties Union and the Southern Poverty Law Center, are representing hundreds of Georgia voters reported to be “on the brink of disenfranchisement” due to the alleged failure of Cobb County election officials to timely send absentee ballots to more than 1,000 voters, according to a lawsuit filed on Sunday.
