While Elon Musk closed the $44 billion Twitter deal, the work from lawyers may be far from over.
Reports over the weekend indicated that Musk and his team have already started making moves, some of which will likely end in more legal work for Big Law. Already, close to 10 law firms were involved in counseling Musk or Twitter throughout the saga of closing the deal.
