As Morrison & Foerster continues to ride a wave of profitablity generated by its base of tech and life sciences clients, the firm announced Monday its chair Larren Nashelsky is stepping down, to be succeeded by M&A partner Eric McCrath, effective Oct. 3.

McCrath, who has spent 15 years at Morrison & Foerster, has served on the firm’s executive committee since 2016, and as the co-leader of its 400-lawyer global corporate department since 2018.
