In the two months since Willkie Farr & Gallagher private equity partner Bruce Herzog moved to Latham & Watkins in Houston, at least seven other partners have departed for other Big Law firms, potentially affecting the future course of the office.
Following the departures, New York-founded Willkie has 36 lawyers in Houston, including 10 partners, which may put the office into growth mode in an effort to restore the lawyer count and reshape the office.
