Weil, Gotshal & Manges has added to its ranks New York restructuring partner Jeffrey Saferstein, who joined the firm Monday after 27 years at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
Saferstein’s practice entails corporate restructurings and workouts, bankruptcies, and specialized financings, according to a Weil press release.
