Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson took advantage of a boom market for M&A work in 2021 to deliver its strongest performance in almost 15 years, boosting revenues by 21.9% to $951.3 million.

The New York-based firm rebounded from a nearly flat year in 2020, resuming a growth trajectory that’s seen it increase revenues by 71% over the last five years. Profits per equity partner increased by 17.4% in 2021, reaching $4.25 million, as profits at the firm have doubled in that same five-year window.
