A likely new Am Law 100 contender was born out of the combination of two Am Law 200 firms on Tuesday, as Arent Fox and Schiff Hardin completed their merger, becoming ArentFox Schiff.
Leadership for the new firm includes Anthony Lupo and Cristina Carvalho from Arent Fox, and Joseph Krasovec from Schiff Hardin. Lupo becomes chair while Carvalho and Krasovec become firmwide managing partners.
