Firms are lining up to match the new associate salary scale set by Milbank on Thursday.
On Friday, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, Steptoe & Johnson, McKool Smith and West Coast boutique Hueston Hennigan matched Milbank’s scale, which starts at $215,000 for first-year associates and tops out at $385,000 for the most senior associates.
