Lazard managing director Kenneth Ziman has left the asset management firm to join Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison’s restructuring practice in New York.
Ziman mostly represents companies in restructuring matters and has worked with such clients as PG&E, MF Global and Takata. He also advises private equity portfolio companies and has worked directly with leading sponsors, including Blackstone Group, Carlyle and KKR.
