Goodwin Procter, already a leader in the life sciences space, has brought on former Foley & Lardner life sciences partner Beni Surpin, resident in the firm’s Los Angeles and Silicon Valley offices, the firm announced Thursday.

“What the rankings say is pretty much what I have been seeing in the trenches the last two years,” Surpin said in an interview. “Goodwin is the go-to in the industry.”
