It was a big week for big deals, with 12 transactions announced over $1 billion, five over $5 billion and two over $10 billion as dealmaking shows no signs of slowing down with 2021 coming to a close.
This big week dovetails nicely into the findings of Dykema Gossett’s 17th annual M&A Outlook Survey, which, understandably, found quite a few reasons for optimism in 2022.
