Private equity attorney Alvin Johnson is joining Holland & Knight as a partner in its Atlanta office, continuing the firm’s effort to expand its offering in a pivotal practice.
Johnson, who started with Holland & Knight on Tuesday, spent the previous nine years as an associate at DLA Piper.
