McGuireWoods, a trans-Atlantic firm with over 1,100 lawyers in 21 offices worldwide, is looking to expand its private equity and corporate finance capabilities with the hire of Sabrina Conyers, an experienced adviser on domestic and international corporate tax matters, as a partner in Charlotte. 

Conyers previously served as a partner in the tax and benefits practice at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. In March, she was named as one of The American Lawyers’ 2021 Dealmakers of the Year. She spent nearly five years at Ernst & Young, where she was a senior manager on business tax advisory services.
