Another elite Big Law firm is stiffening its COVID-19 vaccination requirements, as well as delaying the start of required in-office time.

In a memo obtained by Law.com, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison chair Brad Karp said to firm staff Wednesday evening that the firm would be postponing “phase 2” of its reopening process, stating that the firm will continue to evaluate Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and alert employees of the tentative reopening date 30 days ahead of the expected day.
