After adding former Simpson Thacher & Bartlett antitrust attorney Andy Lacy last month in its Washington, D.C., office, Goodwin Procter has continued to lean into the antitrust arena, adding another former Simpson Thacher attorney to its roster in Los Angeles.
Arman Oruc, who was at Simpson Thacher before becoming a founder, chief legal officer and board member at Biosplice Therapeutics, joined the Goodwin team on Wednesday, the firm announced.
