Two leveraged finance lawyers from White & Case have left for Allen & Overy in New York, following a practice leader who made the same firm switch in February.

Gordon Mak worked in the debt finance practice at White & Case and Stanimir (Stan) Kostov worked in the firm’s private credit and direct lending practice. Allen & Overy said Tuesday that the lawyers are joining as partners and reuniting with Jake Mincemoyer, who served as the regional section head of White & Case’s Americas banking section before moving to the London-based firm to lead the leveraged finance practice earlier this year.
