Citing increased demand across the board, Latham & Watkins grew revenue by 15% to more than $4.3 billion in 2020 while profits per equity partner crossed the $4.5 million mark after a 19.6% jump.

The elite firm—which was ranked the second-highest-grossing firm in last year’s Am Law 100—also saw a nearly 22% increase in net income, to $2.37 billion. Even with a bump in attorney head count, revenue per lawyer increased by 9.5%, to a little more than $1.5 million.
