The ousted co-founder of Roche Cyrulnik Freedman, the litigation boutique spun off of Boies Schiller Flexner in early 2020, has hit back at his former partners at the firm 10 days after they sued him.

Jason Cyrulnik, represented by Marc Kasowitz of Kasowitz Benson Torres, launched a new suit in Florida state court Tuesday, accusing Kyle Roche and Devin Freedman of creating a pretext to force him out in order to usurp his share of a firm cryptocurrency asset that had grown to over $250 million.
