After the first year of its existence, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath’s full firm financial results look nearly identical to what one might have expected by merging the 2019 performance of Midwest-based Faegre Baker Daniels and Philadelphia-born Drinker Biddle & Reath.

Upon announcing the combination in December 2019, firm leaders projected nearly $1 billion in gross revenue. While the 2020 results fell short of $1 billion, Faegre Drinker leaders said they met their goal for net income, thanks to significant expense savings.
