Judge Sheds Light on Why Some Black Associates Are Leaving Big Law
"I think it's time that we call up our allies and we ask them to lead the fight, not necessarily follow," Miami-Dade Circuit Judge William Thomas said.

That’s according to Miami-Dade Circuit Judge William Thomas, who hosted a frank Black History Month discussion Monday over Zoom.
