Seven partners at Kasowitz Benson Torres appear to have abruptly left the firm in order to set up their own shop, in the former office space of Boies Schiller Flexner in New York and San Francisco.

Andrew Glenn, Lyn Agre, Jed Bergman, Trevor Welch, Olga Fuentes, Michale Bowen and Marissa Miller are now all listed as founding partners for the law firm of Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, according to that new entity’s website.
