Marking a new chapter in the firm’s leadership, Sullivan & Cromwell has named two top partners as its next leaders, litigator Robert Giuffra and corporate lawyer Scott Miller, who became vice chairs Thursday.
In an interview, current chair Joseph Shenker said Giuffra and Miller—who are members of the firm’s 11-person management committee—will ultimately become co-chairs of the Wall Street firm. The firm has not yet commented on the exact transition date.
