In yet another instance of the so-called Big Law boomerang effect, veteran trial lawyer Brian Buckley is leaving his associate general counsel position at Amazon.com Inc. to rejoin Fenwick & West as a Seattle-based litigation partner.
“It’s hard to sit there as a corporate representative in the courtroom and watch your outside lawyers have all the fun,” he said Wednesday.
