A former legal department leader for Twitter Inc., eBay Inc. and StubHub Inc. has moved out of the in-house world to join O’Melveny & Myers as a partner.
Tod Cohen arrives at O’Melveny with nearly two decades of experience helping tech giants navigate complex internet law, policy and privacy issues. He will work in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office while he awaits admission to the California state bar, according to a spokesman for O’Melveny.
