Redgrave and Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough confirmed to Law.com on Monday that their previously announced merger did not take place as scheduled last month and, in fact, would not be happening at all.
The firms said the dissolution of the deal is due to client conflicts that could not be resolved.
