San Francisco-based cloud computing and CRM giant Salesforce has decided to make its largest acquisition ever, purchasing workplace messaging app Slack for $27.7 billion.
Salesforce was advised by Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Morrison & Foerster, while Slack was advised by Latham & Watkins and Goodwin Procter.
