Craig Stewart, the former chief counsel for the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, is returning to his partnership at Arnold & Porter.
Stewart moved to the U.S. attorney’s office, where he held the third-highest-ranking position, in March 2019. He left the office this summer after former U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman was forced out following a standoff with U.S. Attorney General William Barr.
