Dawn Knepper, who filed a $300 million gender bias suit against a former firm, just launched her own small firm, where the former management-side labor and employment lawyer has switched sides to represent plaintiffs in employment litigation.
After working on the management side for the last two decades, Knepper said it feels like she has come full circle by forming Knepper Law, based in Irving.
