Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has added Jones Day partner Stephen Olson as a partner in Houston and head of the firm’s private equity practice in Texas, as the firm further broadens its Texas practice beyond the oil and gas sector.
Michael Darden, partner in charge of the Houston office, said Olson brings a private equity focus to Texas, and experience in industries beyond the energy industry.
