Veteran antitrust lawyer Andrew Finch has rejoined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner after two years in leading roles in the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division.
Finch spent about six months leading the DOJ’s Antitrust Division as acting assistant attorney general in the Trump administration. He then served around two years as principal deputy assistant attorney general after Makan Delrahim was confirmed to lead the Antitrust Division. He left government on Aug. 23, he told ALM.
