Houston-based ConocoPhillips will be welcoming Baker Botts partner Kelly Rose as its new legal leader come September.
In an email, a spokesperson for the company confirmed that Rose, who has deep experience representing energy companies, including ConocoPhillips, will be senior vice president, legal, general counsel and corporate secretary.
