Sullivan & Cromwell has recruited Shearman & Sterling partner Jeremy Kutner in London, its first lateral hire in the city in five years.
Kutner, the head of Shearman & Sterling’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industry group, has advised on deals involving major media companies such as Fairfax Media Ltd., Liberty Global plc, Virgin Media Ltd. and Vivendi.
