OPINION

Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. appeals the jury’s finding that it is guilty of the retaliatory discharge of Scottie Amos for filing a worker’s compensation claim, in violation of the Workers’ Compensation Act. Tex. Lab. Code Ann. � 451.001 (Vernon 1996). The trial court rendered judgment on the jury’s verdict, awarding Amos $129,160.00 in damages, plus prejudgment and postjudgment interest. Wal-Mart filed a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and an alternative motion for new trial, which the trial court denied.

Wal-Mart contends: (1) there is no evidence, or insufficient evidence, to support the jury’s finding that Wal-Mart discharged Amos because of her worker’s compensation claim; (2) there is no evidence, or insufficient evidence, to support the jury’s finding of $88,000.00 in future damages; and (3) there is no evidence, or insufficient evidence, to support the jury’s finding of $41,160.00 in past damages.
