OPINION

Thomas Lee Bail appeals his conviction for aggravated assault. Bail pleaded not guilty, and a jury found him guilty and assessed his punishment at twenty-five years’ in the state penitentiary. Bail brings three issues. In his first two issues, Bail contends the trial court erred by (1) instructing the jury on an inference; and (2) failing to properly instruct the jury on the conduct elements in the jury charge. In his third issue, Bail contends the trial court lacked jurisdiction because the case was not properly transferred to its docket. Because Bail did not suffer egregious harm from either of the erroneous jury instructions and failed to file a plea to the jurisdiction to complain of the lack of a transfer order, we affirm the trial court’s judgment.
