New York’s Dewey & LeBoeuf has added two local partners to its office in Warsaw, Poland, bringing the total number of partners there to 18.
Kazimierz Jelenski has experience in banking, finance and insurance law. He has acted as transaction counsel to Polish and international clients in various financing transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He has also advised investors on mining and gas exploration activities.
