A lawyer who worked for Tyco while its top two executives were looting it has filed a lawsuit to get at least $870,000 he says he is owed for his services.

Joshua Berman says Tyco International Ltd., which makes a wide range of electrical and mechanical products, owes him for work he did from July 2002 through November 2002 after an indictment accused former CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski and former finance chief Mark Swartz of massive theft.
