A lawyer who worked for Tyco while two top executives were looting it has sued to get at least $870,000 he says he is owed for his services. Joshua Berman says Tyco owes him for work done from July through November 2002 after an indictment accused former CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski and former finance chief Mark Swartz of theft. Prosecutors say the two amassed millions of dollars from unauthorized compensation and stock manipulation, used to finance lifestyles that included Kozlowski's $6,000 shower curtain.
