Big Firms take the holidays as an occasion to send clients tokens of their gratitude for a calendar year’s worth of paying exorbitant fees. These gifts are also a chance to show clients that their Firm is bigger, better and swankier than some of the other shops the client may be using. I suppose some clients would prefer a year-end cash-back rebate, but what fun is that?
