In either case, Sayyeh's small Bridgeport computer repair shop has been caught up in a wave of lawsuits filed by industry giant Microsoft. The Redmond, Wash.-based company is accusing The Computer Guy, which also does business as TruConnect Network Solutions, of trademark and copyright infringement for allegedly using pirated or improperly licensed Microsoft programs.
