Cuti, who had served since 2005 as chief lawyer of the lifestyle media company, handled securities law compliance and the negotiation of strategic relationships with companies including Macy's, Lowe's and 1-800-Flowers. Martha Stewart Living announced Tuesday that it had hired as its new general counsel Greg Barton, the former GC for Ziff Davis Media Inc.
