A jury has decided that New York Knicks coach Isiah Thomas sexually harassed a former team executive, but its decision that Thomas does not have to pay punitive damages gives him a partial victory in the $10 million lawsuit. Based on its decision that venue Madison Square Garden is liable for punitive damages based on harassment it committed against Anucha Browne Sanders, the jury will be returning to hear arguments on the punitive damages amount. Both Thomas and MSG have said they will appeal.

After an ugly, three-week trial, the verdict gives Thomas a partial victory in the $10 million lawsuit filed by Anucha Browne Sanders.
