Authorities have seized nearly 160,000 pairs of counterfeit Nike sneakers and arrested six people accused of selling fake purses, software and other items worth more than $7 million, prosecutors said Sept. 20.

With the help of 21 search warrants, authorities over the last several weeks have seized items including counterfeit Motorola Bluetooth earpieces, fake Louis Vuitton handbags and illegal copies of Microsoft software, the Queens district attorney’s office said in a statement.
