A judge in Alice, TX, has sealed two DVDs at the center of a legal fight being waged in two South Texas courts by the Coastal Bend College District against people who obtained copies of the discs. The battle over the DVDs, which hold e-mails and other documents from the CBCD, began after the college district failed to renew the contracts of nearly three dozen employees.

A judge in Alice, TX, has sealed two DVDs at the center of a legal fight being waged in two South Texas courts by the Coastal Bend College District (“CBCD”) against people who obtained copies of the discs.
Acting on a motion that the CBCD filed in June, 79th District Judge Richard C. Terrell of Jim Wells County sealed the DVDs indefinitely at an Aug. 6 hearing.
