"We said to ourselves that there are financial implications to raising associate salaries and there was no appetite for our partners to absorb it," said administrative partner Mark L. Silow. At the same time, the firm has enhanced several aspects of its bonus pool, according to Silow.

Fox Rothschild is putting its proverbial foot down when it comes to associate salaries.
