A Philadelphia Commerce Court judge has denied a preliminary injunction motion in a noncompete dispute involving a 78-year-old advertising executive who went to work in-house for a former client of his former employer.
Allebach Creative Associates had accused Michael Schwartz of breaching his employment contract by going to work for Manncorp, an industrial equipment company and former Allebach client, after leaving the agency.
