InterDigital Inc., a maker of digital wireless technologies for mobile phones and notebook computers, said Tuesday that two of its subsidiaries filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that Nokia engaged in unfair trade practices by infringing on two of its patents. The complaint seeks an exclusion order that would bar entry to Nokia phones that allegedly infringe upon the patents in question.

The company also filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
