A federal judge has declined to dismiss an age discrimination suit filed by an executive who contends he was fired soon after his CEO was heard bemoaning how “old” his management team was getting.

John Ireton-Hewitt’s claim raises several issues of fact that should be decided at trial, Northern District of New York Judge David N. Hurd ruled in Ireton-Hewitt v. Champion Home Builders Co., 6:05-cv-450.
